On your 'Print History' page, you say "Pages printed without using Instant Ink cartridges are not recorded." If I 'print' a blank page, will that be recorded, and count against my Instant Ink page count?

I'd like to help!

 

If you're using instant ink cartridges if the printer prints a blank page it should not be counted as a part of your plan.

I can't test this because I seem to be locked out of my Instant Ink cartridges right now, but I'm pretty sure I've printed blank pages before (to test connectivity) and they were counted.
