I have the HP Instant Ink status up on my screen which kept trying to load and failed so I cancelled it and now I can't get rid of it. Its been going for hours saying cancelling but it wont cancel and the cross doesn't close it down either.

I have received your message with the email address registered with the Instant ink account. I see that the printer is online and connected. The ink levels in both the ink cartridges are more than 80%.
Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the issue persists, restart the wireless router and the printer and try again.
