Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been paying for instant ink for HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer since 2017 and have yet to receive a shipment. I believe the total credit so far is $93.00. When I inspect my page that counts the number of pages printed it never gets incremented.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you using Instant Ink cartridges to print?
  • The printer should be connected to the Internet for the Instant Ink servers to monitor the page count and ink levels.
  • Ink will be sent automatically when the ink levels are low.

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
