Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed...
Did this as well as followed all directions.
Now I am getting the same window on my printer and the computer is saying the black ink is VERY LOW. I need a black cartridge. I have been trying to get this to work for 2 weeks. I need my printer. Thank you
