When I purchased my HP Envy 6000e  printer, it came with Instant Ink free for few months.  I cancelled subscription when they wanted to charge my credit card.  I bought HP ink cartridges since was told printer wouldn't print with cartridges  they had previously sent.  My printer stopped printing even with new HP ink cartridges I bought from HP directly.  Does anyone else have this problem? and how did you resolve?  Appreciate feedback on how to resolve my printer printing problem.

Hi @Rathjen

Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that your HP ENVY 6000e All-In-One Printer is not printing after removing all the instant ink cartridges and using normal cartridges after cancelling the instant ink subscription.

Please note that if any one cartridge is instant ink ready then it will not print. Both the cartridges should be regular cartridges purchased from the store.

If the issue still persists, please follow the steps listed below to remove web services.
1. Open the embedded web server (EWS):
a. Find out the IP address or hostname of the printer by pressing the Information button (i) to print an Information page.
NOTE: The printer must be on a network and must have an IP address.
b. In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer. For example, if the IP address is 123.123.123.123, type the following address into the web browser: http://123.123.123.123.
2. Click the Web Services tab, and then click Remove Web Services in the Web Services Settings section.
3. Click Remove Web Services.
4. Click Yes to remove Web Services from your printer.

You may also refer to this document to turn off web services: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

Hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead.
