Instant Ink

I am enrolled in the Instant Ink program.  I suspect the shipments got off schedule because we ran out of ink during a particular unusual printing cycle and had to purchase from an office supply store to finish the project.  The last shipment we received only contained the colored cartridges  which I just replaced. However, it is also out of the black cartridge which I didn’t receive.  I am trying to get the printer back on the instant ink schedule.  Can a new black cartridge please be sent out immediately so as to get back on the printer cartridge schedule? I reinserted an old cartridge which may have a small supply of black available but it won’t last very long if it will print at all.  We do not want to again purchase another black cartridge at the office supply store.
