If you need to chat with HP's customer service group to try to resolve a problem with the instant ink program, then good luck. I've been told by the virtual assistant to sign in at least 3 times, which I have done, and then was told that there was a technical problem and to come back later. Even though I am signed up for the instant ink program, my printer ran out of ink. When I could not get in touch with the HP people for help, I ordered ink from Amazon, which was here in 2 days.
HP needs to get its act together.
