Envy 6010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received an HP envy 6010 for christmas and enrolled on christmas day. The box and internal paperwork clearly state that there should be a 2 month instant ink trail included as long as the enrollment is completed within 7 days and by the end of December. There was no code and at no point was this trial mentioned during enrollment and there is still no mention of it on my account. I opted for the 15 page option, which I know used to be free, but is now 99p. Is it possible the free trial system is still ignoring that option as it used to be free? If I switch to the next plan up should it work? If so that is something HP should be telling people when they enroll. Any idea how I can get my free trial?

Ended up calling HP customer service. Glad to say they were very quick to answer and very helpful in getting this resolved
