Instant ink 3 months free trial - not activated

Hello, I just bought a HP Deskjet 2620 from PC World that is supposed to come with a 3 month free trial. It says you can print up to 300 pages a month without being charged while on the trial. I've looked through my account but it's not been activated I tried the virtual assistant to no avail. I'm hoping someone might be able to assist me in getting everything sorted or explain where/who can help.

For Instant ink ready printers, the 3 free months get added once the enrollment is complete. Sign up and pick the plan you want and the billing will start after the trial/free period is over.

Have you enrolled in a plan yet? To know how, refer to this document.
