Hi,
I purchased the HP Envy 6032 and the packaging said it included a 5 month trial of Instant Ink. I set up the printer as instructed and subscribed to the Occasional Printing Plan but no mention of the 5 month trial on my account.
Can someone please help me get this corrected?
