Solved!

Instant ink 5 month trial not showing on my account

Envy 6032
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new hp envy 6032 and enrolled in the instant ink program. Just received my first batch of ink and when I checked on my hp smart app there is nowhere that says I have the 5 months free trial that came included. Just says my first bill will be at the end of the month.
