I cannot print as I have an error with the tri-colour instant ink cartridge.
I have followed all the instructions, i.e restarting the printer, cleaned the cartridge, etc and I'm still receiving the error. I believe I have a faulty ink cartridge.
I've had this issue for a few weeks now and I can't get it resolved - the virtual assistant is always offline, and the reply to my other forum post claimed it was a hardware issue.
Is it possible to get a new instant ink cartridge to replace my faulty one?
