Hello I cant update my payment info until the 3rd of February 2023 my billing date was on  the 19th of janurary but because a tree fell on my house I had to use all funds to prevent further damage ,and I need my printer to print out documents and reciepts and job estimates that ive recieved from companies that have sent me bids but I cant use my printer and ive tried getting live chat and the virtual chat doesn't let me connect to live agent chat because my warranty is also expired ,I have had nothing but problems with HP since I bought this printer and now im being held hostage because of instant ink and if you cancle the  era code won't disappear until you pay for the over the page printed pages but I cant pay for it until I get another check on the 3rd so its black mail my problem is that they can littertly hold my printer hostage and I dont remember that being part of the service agreement but then after reading all the same issues with instant ink and there are alot of grievances why doesn't someone sue these people for this im so angry I could scream,my insurance company won't cut a check with out the documents and this is out rageous
