Instant ink assistance

I bought my printer a year ago and am still using the same cartridges.  My color works but my black prints really faint. Now I have instant ink and it says I'm not out so it wont ship me a new one. I just need to talk to someone I've  ran through all the trouble shooting I can find . I've been paying my subscription for a year and wish costomer help was more efficient.  A phone call trouble shooting would help get me back up and running faster. I need a new cartridge or someone who can make this one work.
