Solved!

Instant ink cartdridge failed

The Instant Ink black cartridge does not work anymore. Already upgraded firmware, clean the contact, but is not recognized: it was about at 50% of consumption, and before the failure works well. Contacts was cleaned, anyway was very cleaned and healthy: no dust, no ink spray. I can see only an ink accumulation in the ends of the pen dies, but it seems not severe. (I am an HP engineer working in Large Format, so I have some experience with HP pens...)

How can I request a new cartridge?
It could be also a printer failure, but I have not the possibility to check it because I don't have another cartridge to test.
