I printed out a few pages of colour today and all was fine, about 20 minutes later I tried to print something similar and the colour cartridge indicator was flashing so I checked the app on my phone and it says the Tri colour is damaged and I need to clean or replace it, none of the automatic cleaning works so I removed it and dabbed the ink outlet, never made a difference so now I have a instant ink subscription that says it won't ship a new cartridge because it cannot determine my ink levels, what can I do
