I enrolled in HP Instant Ink plan. My black ink cartridge ran out around 10 November, but It's been two weeks and I haven't received anything. And there is no delivery information either. I'd really appreciate your help!

Thanks for your help! The instant ink team contacted me real soon. They told me that my package that was sent to me, was returned to them, and they told me to check the address.
It was strange because usually my landlord will help me receive packages if I'm not present, so I'm wondering how should the package be returned. Anyway, I've checked my address to make sure, and does that mean they will send me another package recently?
