I have both black and colour instant ink cartridges installed in HP Envy 6200.  Recently my printer has started to display an error message which states...

Cartridge problem - reinstall cartridges

 

I have tried to reinstall, wipe sensors of dust etc along with other measures suggested by the web agent and online help solutions.  Nothing has worked and I cant seem to get anyone from HP instant ink to get back to me about replacing the cartridges.

 

Help please!!
