Instant ink cartridge failure - deskjet 3720 all-in-one series

Hi I have and instant ink account and my tricolor cartridge has just failed. Error message is: "Ink cartridge failure: Tri-Color. Cartridges listed above are damaged or have failed. Remove them and replace with new cartridges. For problems with cartridges obtained from HP Instant Ink, please contact HP Instant Ink Support."

I have gone through all the support options - tried to clean the heads, which it wont allow because of the failure, downloaded firmware, cleaned the connections on the cartridge and printer etc. After all this the virtual assistant says sorry cant help, do you want to rephrase the question!

I'm out of warranty, but because it is an instant ink cartridge, I want to get a replacement sent out as soon as possible as I need my printer. However, there is simply no option to request this on any of the help functions. Can you help to resolve?
