I've just tried to install my first instant ink cartridges. Black installed fine but the colour cartridge says "failed". I can't print a single page with it in the device so had to remove it to check on the black which started my account.
Ive tried re-starting the printer, cleaning the head, connectors and everything suggested on other posts found whilst searching for another solution.
HELP please - may I have another ink cartridge - you can see on my account the cartridge has failed!

How the heck do you get in touch with customer service? I'm in the printing plan and have a cartridge failure and subscribe to the printing per month. Now that I need them....I can't get a hold of a person. I work from home! Completely stalled. This service is not helping me....as I could more easily go to staples and get a replacement. Now I'm in the black hole....

Hi, I posted a question to the community and then I had a HP member reply to it rather promptly. He then resolved my issue for me.
That was the only way I could see to get help from customer support.
Hope this Helps!
