Currently having issues with the new colour ink cartridge that was shipped. Error message saying remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge. It is installed properly, I've cleaned the contact points, reset the whole printer, and now instant ink won't send a new cartridge because I've had to replace it with a genuine HP one from the shop and it won't be able to see the ink levels. Help please 🙏
