Instant ink cartridge not connecting

I changed my black ink cartridge as prompted but the replacement one is not being recognised. I’ve tried cleaning the contacts and checking for a firmware update but no joy. The message tells me I can’t order replacement ink until the issue is resolved. Does anyone know any other fixes or how to order more ink?  Thanks
