Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have the remove and reinstall error message when installing my first cartridge, just spent the last 2 hours trying to resolve through the various guides, then an hour trying to find a contact email to request a new cartridge but the button doesn't seem to exist in the instant ink page, reading on here it looks like replacements can be made but can anyone point me int he right direction to make this request?
