Instant ink cartridge problem

Pavilion 15-cs0021nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have a cartridge error stating that the cartridge of black ink is not installed correctly. My printer is : ENVY PHOTO 7130

I have removed and re-installed the cartridge as adviced. I have also cleaned it. I have unplugged the printer and plugged it back. I have re-installed the full pack of softwares.

My account says that I cannot receive any other cartridge if this problem remains unsolved.

Can you help me please ? I thank you in advance

I have the same problem but with my colour cartridge.

It simply says uninstall and reinstall correctly. But it is in correctly. I have swapped the old one back in and it works fine. VERY frustrating!!!

I am pretty sure my printer does not need updating as it is only 4 months old.

Hello. I thank you for your help. I have followed your advice. With the old black cartridge the error message has disappeared. But I could not get any printed text (only an image with a very poor resolution), because of a low level of ink. I decided then to ask on Messenger some help to HP. They are sending me new cartridges (black and colors). I think that you can do the same.
