Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP Envy 6030. I have signed up to the Instant Ink scheme but the printer will not accept the colour cartridge. When I put the old one in again it is fine (apart from the poor quality due to a lack of ink). I have tried to clean it etc

 

The really frustrating thing is I cant seem to speak with a human being! I have tried the WhatsApp number and Twitter - even the e-mail address but I am being totally ignored - #reallyannoying!

 

Can anyone help?
