I just installed a new cartridge I was sent via instant ink program. Color. Ever since installing it my printer will not print anything? So, I put the old color cartridge back in and still no printing. My printer won't print any test pages or anything I want to print. It is connected to the web and i've not changed anything but the cartridge. How do I contact HP by phone?

- Do you get any errors while printing?
- Are you able to print in black? Remove the color ink cartridge and try printing/copying in black.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
