Instant ink cartridges not recognised

After changing both ink cartridges i logged onto instant ink but they dont recognise my cartridges despite getting them from there. Have tried hard resets and the printer is still connected to the internet, but instant ink still doesn't recognise the cartridges.

Thank you for your reply I have managed to update the program and that has solved the problem. I'm sorry for the late reply but I am a night worker.
