What do I do with my extra instant ink cartridges after cancelling my instant ink plan?

@Hannah_banana, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

HP Instant Ink cartridges are property of HP. Kindly send them back to HP using the recycle envelope.

  • How to order another envelope or prepaid return address label: Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.

    • If HP Smart is listed at the top of the menu, click HP Instant Ink > Plan Overview in the left side menu, and then click Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope at the bottom of the Ink Status area.

    • If HP Smart is not listed, click Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope in the Help Center area.
