My printer is showing that there's an issue with the colour ink cartridge, telling me to check that it is properly installed; which it is.
I have followed all of the possible troubleshooting solutions on the HP Support webpages but the error message is still showing and the printer is not printing at all.
This is the second time that a fault has been detected in the colour cartridge.
My Instant Ink account is showing 'You should be good on ink for now! We will ship more before you run low.'
How do I request a new colour cartridge?
