I have a valid instsnt ink subscription. Initially for 50 psges. Hp hiked it to 100 after a couple of months. After coming bacck from a 7 week break I found that I had problems with rhe printing but eventually got it foing. Since Oct last the hp instant ink account pagebtells me that i have not printed one page. Also that the page cannot connect to printer. A message tells me that unless I connect the printer it will not work. I have reset it umpten times and still it will not go. Restarted print spool no still the amber light keeps blinking. Instsnt ink tells me that they will send me a blackbone in a month time and the color one lasts s bit longer. How do they know if they cant connect to my printer. Instant ink is a brilliant tnhing but the backup and approachability is zero. Any suggestions and perhaps some response from somebody in charge.....
