Product: ENVY 5000 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new printer and I am a new Instant Ink customer. As the Instant ink cartridges are delayed, I received an e-mail May 5th, that I can buy HP 304 cartridges and get cashback from  ”www.hp.fi/IIcashback”  for the cartridges I had to buy due to the delayed delivery. The cashback was scheduled to open May 11th. Unfortunately cascback for the cartridges are not available yet May 19th. Please, open the cashback service as HP Instant ink communicated.
