Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've received an email stating that my next ink delivery (black cartridge) has been delayed. The email states "This is because our Instant Ink manufacturing site for HP 304 Original Cartridges (the ones compatible with your printer) has been temporarily closed by local authorities to prevent the spread of COVID-19."

Fair enough but what do I do if I run out of ink? Can I buy a replacement cartridge or will that cause a problem with my instant ink contract? I can print with a single colour cartridge for now but that will run out eventually as well. My son is a student working from home so we are printing more stuff than usual.

What is your Instant Ink account number or the email address that you use to log in to your account?

 

Also, you can buy regular ink from the nearby store and use them on the printer. However, the monthly charges will be applicable for your Instant ink account.

 

As compensation we can credit your one-month free subscription.
