The log in page for HP Instant Ink, doesn't seem to recognize my account as being enrolled in the instant ink program. 

 

I would like to see my usage & billing. I go to the account page and log in, but then it wants to prompt me to enroll in the program.  I try to call instant ink folks and the automated voice indicates long wait times. 

 

I have 2 email accounts and have tried to access the instant ink log in site using both.  I get the same result using both logins.  I am concerned that if I re-enroll, that I will be charged twice for the service. 

 

Any ideas? I think I probably need to wait for a service person, but that is 45 minutes of phone usage and charges.  

 

The automated chat seems worthless in this case. I wouldn't mind chatting with a real person.
