Hi, I have an Envy5010 that stopped printing. This happened a few months ago and HP fixed it remotely, now they’ve told me to do all sorts of resets, power downs etc. etc. Now when I switch it on I get the error message “cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink” But the printer is enrolled and when I try to enrol it I get error message

Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Also, make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document.

 

If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

The problem got sorted, all it needed was someone at HP to reset my account, it took two weeks to do it but that was all that was needed
