Since you mentioned that color ink printing bad, are you getting any errors?

 

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I've checked my profile and adjusted my billing and shipping address, even they were correct
But still no info about any planned cartridge shipment
I do understand my plan is a free one but it was HP offering me it

so they should stick to it and send me new cartridges after 4 years, despite I print few pages
