Instant ink free plan on used printers

HP Envy Photo 6230
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning, I have some offers for a used HP Envy Photo 6230 and I'd like to know:

  1. if I can enroll to the Instant Ink free plan even if the previous user already subscribed to Instant Ink.
  2. if any Envy Photo 62xx is eligible for Instant Ink or there are only special "versions" enabled which I have to specifically ask for.

@Bitblaster, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you are the new owner, the old Instant Ink account should be deleted first in order for you to create a new Instant Ink account and then enroll the printer in the free plan.

 

HP Envy Photo 6220 and 6230 printers are eligible for Instant Ink in Italy.
