Instant ink free trial not showing on my account nor 1 year extra printer warranty

macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I already have an HP instant ink account. I have just bought a new printer - HP Officejet Pro 9014e and added this to my instant ink account, replacing my old printer. However, the 9 months free instant ink that came with the printer is not showing on my account and I cannot work out how to add it?. There should also be an additional 1 year HP warranty but when I check the warranty its says 2 years instead of 3 I should have? Can you assist please. Thanks

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
