I’ve recently bought a new printer and I’ve signed up to instant ink within 7 days of setting up the printer, and I signed up to instant ink via hp smart app or 123.hp.com because there was no promo code that come in the printer box. Hp smart should automatically apply my two months free trials but it doesn’t show up on my account plans. Could someone from hp help me resolve this issue please? Thank you

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
