I have been sent a new colour cartridge. When I install the cartridge, i get the message 'At least one of your cartridges has a problem'.

 

I have been through all the suggestions that the virtual assistant has given me and still getting the same error message.

 

I believe that it is a faulty ink cartridge. 

 

How is it possible to reorder a new ink cartridge as it seems near impossible to get in contact with a actual person?

 

Any help is really appreciated.
