Instant ink payment

I cancelled my subscription the day I got my free ink because that was a pre paid card, I was going to buy new inks myself and for some reason 5 months down the line they have charged me again.. why and how can I get my money back and complain?, the only reason I noticed was because I had a email saying I’ve updated my payment method... I’ve not. Been on the site since January??
