I changed my plan to a 100 page option. (£4.49) HP say that I changed it again on the same day to a 1500 page plan (£44.99) but I didn’t. I had one acknowledgement for the change I requested but no other. WhatsApp support continue to say it was my responsibility. I’ve asked for sight of the web confirmation that I requested a second change but it hasn’t come. I have emails recommending plan upgrade to 100 pages with average usage of 85 pages. Has anyone else had this?
