Product: Hp office jet 5222
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

So I purchase my HP Officejet 5222 series around Black Friday at Walmart and it came with I think 6 months free of insta ink well I can't find that card anywhere so how do I go about getting the PIN to get the 6 months free
