I ran out of black ink on my HP envy and I tried the virtual agent but it acts as if i'm not logged in. I need an ink cartridge sent, I haven't received one or any paper since 2021 although I pay my subscription. I really need my ink and paper and cant seem to get a hold of any customer service as the black ink doesn't print and i've tried cleaning the cartridge and doing the alignment on my printer from within the menu. Nothing works and from 10 pages you can see the ink gradually fading away till it stop printing in black all together.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
