I got a replacement instant ink cartridge that doesn't fit. I contacted HP support and was told for over an hour and a half that I was wrong, the ink did fit. No other help was offered. The rep sent me a video of the correct cartridge being installed but not the larger one. He also sent a link to an unresolved forum post showing the same larger ink cartridge with a customer saying it didn't fit. I finally realized that I could sent a picture to the customer service rep by posting it here. The third picture shows clearly that it doesn't fit and is seated back as far as it can go. The printer door won't close. This was a replacement for a defective instant ink cartridge that made my printer unusable over a week ago. Now I have to wait again for a replacement for the wrong-sized replacement. I'm probably just going to cancel Instant Ink and buy a new printer from anyone other than HP. No apology for wasting an hour and a half telling me it would fit when it clearly does not.
