Instant ink saying it can't connect to my printer because it's off line which it isn't

Printer is connected by USB cable, but was connected by Wireless until the link failed.

Don't know what instant Ink account details you need.

I have aan HP Envy Photo 7830 printer that says that my printer is offline for Intsant Ink,but it's not offline and all is working further.

I have photo of that but it lets me not to post a photo of it.

I have reset my router to.
