Instant ink saying offline when its all working

HP Recommended

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP envy 4524.....My printer is all connected and all working fine.

 

However, its saying its offline on the Instant Ink page.

 

Printer is set up on wireless connection and can print wirelessly.

 

So dont know why its not connected on the instant ink page. Any ideas?

@TheBasket1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC.

Check if the printer is connected to the internet.

  1. Once your printer is connected to the internet with an active connection, sign in to hpinstantink.com/signin.

  2. At the top of the Status area on your HP Instant Ink account page, click the refresh icon  . Look for a green checkmark and Online to make sure your printer is connected to the HP Instant Ink service.

Check if you are able to print. If the issue persists, restart the web services on the printer.
