iOS

Trying to sign up to instant ink on phone. Always get 'There was a problem finalising your subscription'. 

I am using an iPhone with the HP app

App connects to my printer fine (Deskjet 3760)

I have entered Shipping and Billing info.

Should have trial until 21/07/23 when it will go to £2.99pm

 

I have also tried doing this through my computer but can't because I can't print out the network page with the required code. Very frustrating.

Can you help.

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Kindly refer to this document for assistance.

 

However, you may find the PIN is inside the ink cartridge's access door.
