Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

Hello! Going through divorce and I got the all-in-one printer that we had instant ink  credit left close to $200. The HP account was on my ex's name. He bought himself a new printer and put the new printer on his account. The printer with all the instant ink credits is now worthless to me because I have no credits left. Can the instant ink credits be transferred from his account to mine? Court says, if it's possible he must transfer, but not assigning cash value to it. Let me know if the transfer of instant ink credits is possible and how it can be done. TIA!
