Instant ink trial issues

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I purchased an Officejet 3835 from Argos last week as it included a 5 month instant ink trial, however, I've been unable to add this to my account. My printer code was showing as invalid and after resetting my web services I'm now constantly given a 520 error? HELP!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Try these steps - HP Printers - Cannot Connect to Web Services

 

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
