During setup there was an issue with my father's new printer. He received it at the end of April and set it up 28th on same day he created his hp account. The pin entry for instant ink etc. during setup failed trying to link to account apparently; and now, instead of the 3 month trial which came with the printer, he is only being offered the standard 1 month trial sign up. As a result of this he has abandoned setup and used the printer for a few days before it stopped printing and reported low ink. I have only just been able to visit to discover this issue. What is the approach to resurrecting his 3 month trial and getting his account and printer working properly now that it is already inoperative?
